RELEASE FORM PLEASE PRINT THIS RELEASE FORM AND HAVE EVERY RIDER/PARTICIPANT SIGN AND BRING TO PAINTED RIDGE FARM THE DAY OF YOUR PARTICIPATION I, ____________________, understand and agree that the nature of the activities and services of Painted Ridge Farms involves risks that may result in bodily injury, death, and/or property damage being sustained by me or my minor child or legal ward or in the injury or death of my horse. In accepting such risks, I HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE AND DISCHARGE PAINTED RIDGE FARMS, ITS OWNERS, MARY BAUER AND JEFF BAUER, THEIR EMPLOYEES , AND AGENTS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY AND CLAIMS ARISING FROM AN ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF PAINTED RIDGE FARMS, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS.
